Project Fit-Out Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure project activities are progressing according to schedule.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and overall progress.
• Review contractor progress reports and follow up on project activities.
• Monitor contractors and ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to the agreed plan.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project.
• Ensure construction plans are feasible and aligned with applicable requirements.
• Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project partners.
• Monitor project costs and ensure spending remains within the approved budget.
• Coordinate with Procurement for project equipment and material requirements.
• Coordinate with Inbound teams for imported fixture deliveries.
• Work closely with Store and Merchandise teams to ensure all preparations are completed before store opening.
• Support the project until the store is fully ready to open, with all required equipment installed and defects resolved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience in retail projects, fit-out, construction, or project management.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work with contractors, suppliers, designers, and multiple internal teams.
• Team player with good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
