Project Foreman

Ironworker Foreman – Data Center Construction – Bilingual a Plus – $55–$60/hr + Overtime + Travel Per Diem – Memphis, TN

Pay: $55–$60/hr. Most foremen place at $55–$57.50; the top of the range is for bilingual leaders, advanced licenses, or 20+ years.

Run an ironworker crew erecting the structural steel, pipe racks, and equipment support steel for a large AI supercomputing campus.

What you'll do

• Run an ironworker crew day to day: assignments, production, safety, and quality.
• Plan erection sequences from structural, erection, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate picks with crane and rigging crews and with civil, mechanical, and electrical trades.
• Enforce fall protection, crane, rigging, and hot-work rules; lead pre-task safety meetings.
• Close connection punch lists and support inspection and turnover.

Requirements

• Proven experience running an ironworker crew. Years on the tools alone don't qualify.
• Commercial, industrial, or heavy-civil structural steel background.
• Reads structural and erection drawings and AISC connection details. Pluses
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• 20+ years in the trade or an advanced license.
• OSHA 30; fall protection competent person; NCCCO rigger or signal person.

About the project

Join a major AI data-center build in Memphis, TN and Southaven, MS. This is a large, fast-moving industrial project with long-term work and the chance to travel to future projects.

Schedule, pay and benefits

• 6 days a week, 12-hour shifts (Mon–Sat or Sun–Fri), with an optional 7th day and substantial overtime.
• Day and night shifts; must be open to either.
• Paid weekly.
• Holiday work on critical-path crews pays double time for the full holiday weekend.
• $160/day travel per diem, paid weekly, for workers living 75+ miles from the site.
• Health plan available (cafeteria plan).
• Possible conversion to a permanent role after 90 days (not guaranteed).

Requirements for everyone

• Must pass a background check. Work outdoors, at heights, and in full PPE for a 12-hour shift.
• Able to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Candidates may be represented by only one staffing agency for this project.
