Project Freight Forwarding - Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the full-cycle logistics transportation management for heavy cargo and EPC projects, covering the entire process from solution design to on-site implementation and delivery.

2. Independently formulate professional transportation Method Statements, including route planning, lifting scheme design, barge transportation arrangement, and comprehensive risk assessment.

3. Coordinate multi-party resources including ship owners, ports, fleets, and customs brokers to ensure the steady progress of projects in accordance with established plans.

4. Manage project budgets, implement cost control measures, and track project progress in real time. Proactively identify potential risks, issue early warnings, and resolve operational problems during project execution.

5. Maintain close communication with clients and internal teams, deliver regular project progress reports, and ensure consistent client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1. Possess more than 5 years of working experience in heavy cargo and EPC project logistics, with proven track records of independently leading large-scale logistics projects.

2. Capable of independently developing professional transportation Method Statements with solid and systematic expertise in engineering logistics.

3. Demonstrate excellent multi-party coordination, execution and project management capabilities, with the ability to drive project delivery efficiently under high-pressure working environments.

4. Familiar with relevant national and industrial laws, regulations, technical standards and safety specifications for heavy cargo transportation.

5. Proficient in English for daily business communication and skilled in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
