Northern Star Resources are seeking an experienced Project Geologist - Resources to join the dynamic Resources team based at our KCGM Operations, working a 5/2:4/3 10-hour day family friendly Kalgoorlie residential roster.

Requirements

Essential

• Degree in Geology, preferably with Honours, from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Relevant tertiary studies, preferably with mine site exposure.
• Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.

Preferred

• Minimum 5 year of geological experience to include Operations (OP and/ or UG) and Growth or Discovery
• Geological software - Competent in: Datamine, Leapfrog, Supervisor
• Competent to:
  • Update geology and mineralisaion models in 3D
  • Understand and be able to complete QAQC reporting
• Have a clear understanding of model estimates
