Job Description Summary Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of hotel construction projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements. Drive coordination across consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and hotel operators to deliver world-class hospitality assets.

Job Description About the Role

• Lead end-to-end execution of hotel construction projects from planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and hotel operators throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure quality, cost, and timeline adherence.
• Manage contractor performance, contract administration, and vendor relationships to drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory approvals, health & safety standards, and hotel brand requirements.
• Oversee quality control processes, site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and operational requirements.
• Ensure seamless project closeout, snag rectification, and successful handover to operations teams.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 8-15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in hotel, hospitality, resort, or large commercial projects.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end construction projects within budget and schedule.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting, contract management, and procurement.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with hospitality brand standards and guest-facing infrastructure requirements.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities with a high level of commercial acumen.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage.
