Project Head – Job Description A Project Head is responsible for planning, managing, and successfully completing projects within the required timeline, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage project activities from start to completion. Lead and supervise project teams. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. Coordinate with clients, management, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed within budget and quality standards. Identify project risks and resolve issues effectively. Prepare and present project progress reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements. Manage project resources, manpower, and materials efficiently. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field. Proven experience in project management and team leadership. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of project management tools and software is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
