Project Head

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and monitor electrical projects from project initiation to final handover.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and monitor progress against targets.
• Manage site execution of HT/LT panels, transformers, switchgear, cabling, earthing, power distribution, and related electrical systems.
• Review SLDs, electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Manage contractors, manpower, materials, and project resources to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores teams for timely availability and delivery of project materials.
• Monitor project cost, quality, productivity, timelines, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, HSE requirements, approved drawings, and project specifications.
• Identify project risks and resolve technical, commercial, procurement, and site-related issues.
• Coordinate inspection, testing, commissioning, punch-point closure, and final project handover.
• Prepare and review MIS, progress reports, MOMs, project schedules, and handover documentation.
• Support billing, variation orders, additional works, and other project-related commercial activities.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution and management.
• Strong experience in Electrical EPC / Industrial Electrical Projects.
• Experience in HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, panels, cabling, testing & commissioning.
• Experience handling clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong knowledge of Electrical EPC Project Execution & Management.
• Good understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQ/BOM, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and resource management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera; ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
