Project Head

Project Planning & Strategy:

• Develop and execute project plans for luxury villa developments, ensuring they meet the

company's strategic objectives.

• Coordinate with the design, architect and other consultants like MEP, HVAC, structural engineer to

ensure optimum design from a cost, quality & execution perspective.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Lead and motivate a diverse team of engineers, contractors, and consultants.

• Assign and monitor tasks, set clear project objectives, and ensure team members meet deadlines.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, ensuring professional development and

efficient execution of tasks.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders including clients & contractors.

• Coordinate with consultants & vendors to ensure drawings & other related details are provided to

vendors at site well in advance

• Ensure regular communication with all stakeholders to keep them informed on project progress,

challenges, and timelines.

• Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and negotiate contract terms where necessary.

• Evaluated, empanel & onboard vendors, consultants & contractors.

Project Execution & Delivery:

• Oversee the end-to-end project management cycle for luxury villa developments, from concept to

final handover.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

• Ensure that construction is completed on time, within scope, and meets the highest quality

standards.

• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly to avoid delays.

• Implement technology & software to make project execution more efficient & streamlined.

Risk Management:

• Ensure regular site visits, identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that all necessary permits, insurance, and legal documentation are in place for each project.

Quality Control & Assurance:

• Implement stringent quality control protocols to ensure that all villa developments meet luxury

standards. Ensure approvals of compliance are done in a timely manner

• Regularly review and inspect work on-site to guarantee that construction processes align with the

companys high-quality benchmarks.
