Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head to lead the planning, execution, delivery, and future expansion of project, a large-scale residential campus being developed in Shirakol, West Bengal.

The campus is envisioned as a comprehensive residential ecosystem supporting individuals with autism and related conditions through integrated residential living, healthcare support, vocational activities, wellness facilities, recreation spaces, and community-centered infrastructure.

The Project Head will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership, managing architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, budget adherence, statutory compliance, and long-term scalability. This role will also drive future development phases aligned with the organization's long-term vision.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure, real estate, institutional, residential, or campus development projects.
• Proven experience leading projects from planning and design through execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Strong experience managing multiple consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of construction planning, project controls, contracts, project costing, quality management, and statutory compliance.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects involving substantial budgets and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site at Shirakol, West Bengal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large residential, healthcare, educational, institutional, hospitality, or integrated campus development projects.
• Exposure to projects involving accessibility, healthcare, assisted living, safety-focused, or specialized care environments.
• Experience in phased development and long-term expansion planning.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, construction technologies, and MIS reporting systems.
• Experience presenting and working with senior leadership, governing bodies, trustees, boards, or promoters.
• Understanding of sustainable infrastructure, scalability planning, and future-ready development strategies.

They possess strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to drive execution in challenging environments.
