Job Description

TRIPLE7 IT DIGITAL PVT LTD is looking for an experienced Project Head – Mobility & Transportation Technologyto manage end-to-end technology projects in the transportation, mobility, ride-hailing, logistics, delivery, or fleet-management industry.

Industry experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant Transportation / Mobility / Logistics / Delivery technology experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology projects from planning to implementation
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate development, product, operations, business, and management teams
• Manage clients, stakeholders, and project communication
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Manage team allocation, priorities, and performance
• Ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Handle project escalations and operational challenges
• Prepare project reports, KPIs, and management updates
• Understand mobility and transportation business workflows
• Work with product and technical teams on platform improvements
• Take complete ownership of project delivery

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in Transportation, Mobility, Ride-Hailing, Logistics, Delivery, or Fleet Management technology
• Experience managing projects and/or leading teams
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Good understanding of technology products and software development
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to take complete ownership of project delivery

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience with Ride-Hailing, Cab Aggregators, Mobility Platforms, Fleet Management, Logistics, Last-Mile Delivery, Food/Package Delivery, Booking & Dispatch, or Transportation SaaS will be highly relevant.

Experience with platforms such as Uber, Careem, Ola, Rapido, Lyft, Bolt, Porter, or similar companies will be an advantage.
