About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead the end-to-end execution of utility-scale ground-mounted solar power projects. Reporting to the VP/COO, you will take complete ownership of project lifecycles from site handover, civil work, and structural erection to grid synchronization and commissioning—ensuring multi-site projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and strictly quality-compliant.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale (10 MW+) ground-mounted solar EPC projects across multiple sites concurrently.
• Prepare, track, and optimize detailed master schedules (MS Project/Primavera) covering civil, mechanical (MMS/piling), DC/AC electrical, switchyards, and grid evacuation infrastructure.
• Direct site engineering teams, sub-contractors, and local labor agencies across different geographies; conduct frequent on-site progress, quality, and EHS audits.

Stakeholder, Vendor & Regulatory Oversight

• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, state utility bodies (DISCOMs/STUs), and third-party inspection agencies.
• Oversee site-level vendor/contractor negotiations, BOQ control, and local land development/survey readiness.
• Secure critical statutory clearances and grid synchronization approvals (CEIG, DISCOM, environmental/land clearances).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory). PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience: 15+ years of dedicated solar EPC experience. Must have a proven track record of independently managing Ground Mount Solar Projects (Rooftop-only experience will not be considered).
• Technical Skills: Strong grasp of civil foundations, piling, MMS erection, DC/AC cabling, central/string inverters, transformers, SCADA, switchyards, and evacuation.
• Tools: Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and advanced MS Excel reporting.
• Travel: High mobility and willingness to travel extensively (50–70%) to project sites pan-India.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
