What You’ll Do

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients for your assigned caseload, following programming written by a BCBA
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time
• Build strong, trusting relationships with the children on your caseload and make every session a fun experience

What’s Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB upon start

• Comfort working independently with minimal supervision during assigned hours

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 3 - 7 pm and Saturdays from 8 am - 2 pm, schedule subject to change based on clinic need. Treatment hours not to exceed 20 hours a week.
