Project HR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year HR experience (Recruitment, ER, Payroll, Timekeeping, Training, Admin).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Suite.
• Good communication skills; hardworking and trustworthy.
• Willing to work overtime and be assigned to different sites
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in recruitment activities including applicant screening, interviews, and scheduling.
• Handling of employee concerns, notices, and basic disciplinary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE labor standards and internal HR policies.
• Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounting when required.
• Shall travel to different Clean-X for employee deliberation, onboarding, or assessment.
• Prepare HR reports, summaries, and manpower trackers.
