Project HR/Admin

We are looking for a Project HR/Admin to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations at our project site in Victorias, Bacolod.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
• At least 1–2 years of experience as HR/Admin, preferably in the construction industry or project site
• Knowledgeable in HR functions such as recruitment, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee relations
• Familiar with DOLE labor standards and basic HR compliance
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned on-site in Victorias, Bacolod

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle on-site recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and manpower reports
• Coordinate payroll-related documents with Head Office
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Manage administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office supplies
• Serve as HR point person for site employees and coordinate with project management
• Support site activities, meetings, and other administrative requirements

Work Schedule:

• Site-based / Project-based employment (Monday- Saturday 7am-4pm

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
