About the role

This role involves managing the recruitment process and acting as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team to ensure hiring requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview arrangement
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding matters
• Act as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team to ensure hiring requirements are met
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring status updates
• Support other HR and administrative duties as assigned

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Able to travel for business trip on adhoc basis
