Project Implementation Specialist

Are you a proactive project professional who excels at turning plans into action and ensuring initiatives are successfully implemented? We are looking for a Project Implementation Specialist to support the execution of strategic, operational, process improvement, and digital transformation projects across the organization.

What you'll do?

✅ Coordinate project implementation activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.

✅ Monitor project timelines, deliverables, action items, and milestones.

✅ Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays before they impact project delivery.

✅ Prepare project documentation, status reports, trackers, presentations, and implementation materials.

✅ Support change management initiatives through communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.

✅ Track user feedback and implementation issues and recommend practical solutions.

✅ Drive action items to completion and ensure commitments are followed through.

✅ Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, automate, or standardize processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project implementation, change management, PMO, business operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in change management, digital transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or Project Management certifications are a plus but not required.
