We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is interested in combining accounting expertise with technology and client support.

As a Project Implementer & Client Support Specialist, you will work closely with clients in implementing financial, HRIS, and CRM software solutions. This role is ideal for a CPA who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with clients, and applying accounting knowledge in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and deployment of financial, HRIS, and CRM software solutions for clients.
• Provide technical and functional assistance to clients encountering issues while using the system.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide appropriate guidance, support, and recommendations.
• Help ensure that client requirements are properly addressed throughout implementation projects.
• Participate in system testing for newly developed products, system enhancements, and customized features.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve system-related concerns and improve client experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and processes.
• Familiarity with accounting systems or financial software is highly preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
• Willing to work in an on-site, client-facing environment.

Compensation & Work Schedule

💰 Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000/month
Rate may be adjusted depending on qualifications and level of experience.

🗓️ Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Employees who time in at 8:00 AM may leave at 5:00 PM.

🏢 Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
