Project In-Charge (Access Control)

Stelsen Integrated Systems Inc. is looking for a Project In-Charge to oversee the successful execution of our security, fire detection, ICT, and auxiliary systems projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day implementation of assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, project engineers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and site requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation progress.
• Review project drawings, plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and required documentation.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and site concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and client standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, and project turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project/site supervision, preferably in systems integration, construction, or MEP/ELV projects.
• Knowledge of CCTV, FDAS, Access Control, Structured Cabling, ICT, Barrier Systems, and other auxiliary/security systems is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel to project locations.
• Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
