Project -in Charge

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Project-In-Charge (PIC) to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction or engineering projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project activities are carried out efficiently, within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Project-In-Charge or in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project demands effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and schedules
• Ensure the availability and proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
• Monitor project progress to ensure completion within budget and schedule
• Ensure all works comply with required standards, specifications, and quality benchmarks
• Identify potential project risks, delays, or issues and implement contingency plans
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
