- In charge in pre assessment of the project prior awarding.
- Receiving of finished projects from fabrication team
- Conduct pre assessment prior installation schedule to check
- readiness of site
- Coordination / attend meeting with clients, engineers, and
- internal tech dept. head
- Ensure that all materials needed for the installation are ready
- Prepare schedule report per project based on assessment
- Monitor delivery on site and manpower
- Conduct punch listing and rectification report
- Assist sales department during turnover of project.
- Prepare manpower costing and expenses
