About the role
Hupo Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Project In Charge to join our team in Coron, Palawan. This is a project-based position that will serve as the person-in-charge for assigned the projects — managing on-site execution, crew coordination, and client handoff.
Key responsibilities:
Lead on-site installation execution for assigned projects
Supervise installation crews and ensure work quality
Coordinate daily with Project Supervisor on progress and issues
Manage on-site material inventory and prevent waste
Conduct measurements and verify site readiness before installation
Communicate with clients/GCs on-site regarding scope and timeline
Document daily progress with photos and written reports
Ensure site cleanliness and safety compliance
Conduct installation quality checks before client handover
Handle on-site troubleshooting and minor design adjustments
