PROJECT IN CHARGE

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project-in-Charge to join our team and oversee project operations from planning through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities
• Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and project personnel
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Identify and resolve project issues and site concerns promptly
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper implementation of work

About you

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Preferably with relevant experience as a Project-in-Charge or Project Engineer
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project coordination, and site supervision
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required
• PRC license is an advantage
