Project In-Charge

The Project In Charge (Execution) will lead the physical construction, installation, and commissioning phases of our solar PV project portfolio. This role is directly responsible for transforming engineering designs into operational assets safely, on time, and within budget. You will oversee regional construction managers, site supervisors, and subcontracting partners. Your ultimate goal is to optimize field execution workflows, manage supply chain logistics at the site level, ensure strict safety compliance, and maintain high-quality construction standards from groundbreaking to grid interconnection.

Ø Direct and oversee all solar field construction activities, ensuring projects progress according to critical path schedules.

Ø Qualify, negotiate with, and manage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners, civil/electrical subcontractors, and equipment vendors.

Ø Monitor project expenditures, manage change orders, and optimize resource allocation to prevent cost overruns in the field.

Ø Enforce zero-harm Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across all construction sites, ensuring compliance with local labor and safety laws.

Ø Partner closely with the Design and Procurement teams to review Issued-for-Construction (IFC) packages and ensure timely delivery of equipment to the site.

Ø Standardize quality assurance protocols for mechanical mounting, module installation, and electrical wiring. Oversee the final testing, commissioning, and utility grid-connection phases.

Ø Identify potential bottlenecks (such as weather delays, labor shortages, or permitting issues) early and implement proactive recovery strategies.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
