Job Title: Project Incharge

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from start to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, site teams, and internal departments.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, costs, manpower, and resources.
• Handle site execution and resolve project-related issues.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and proper resource utilization.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports.
• Ensure safety, quality, and company standards are followed.
• Coordinate project completion and final handover.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant project/site management experience.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
• Experience in independently handling project/site execution preferred.
• Good knowledge of project planning, execution, MS Excel/Word, and documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams, vendors, and contractors effectively.

Experience:

• Project incharge: 3 years (Required)
