What they need
PROJECT IN CHARGE
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Project In Charge to oversee our construction and site operations across our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site projects and ensure smooth execution.
- Interpret architectural/engineering drawings and translate them accurately on-site.
- Prepare comprehensive site progress reports.
- Handle project estimates and resource evaluations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of solid site experience.
- Mobility: Preferably with a motorcycle for fast transportation between different project sites.
- Schedule: Works Monday to Saturday.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage on-site teams effectively.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
