Project In-Charge

o Devising projections, diversions and anticipations of work priorities for continuous and effective cycle on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

o Develop and organize the project execution plan.

o Develop a crashed program or catch-up schedule if needed.

o Plan and manage the efficient utilization of company assets and resources.

o Supervise constructions activities and ensure timely completion of project.

o Monitors budget and implement cost effective measures.

o Ensure compliance to company quality and safety standard.

o Prepares and submits necessary documents and reports required by the Management.

o Prepares and submit Project Status Report.

o Monitors the progress and effectiveness of the project.

o Ability to set and be accountable for project deadline.

o Capability and willingness to perform Inspection of the jobsite condition.

o Responsible for communication and monitoring of contractors in terms of their performance and deliverables.

o Directs activities and facilitates coordination between contractors, engineering, warehouse, suppliers, client and other concerned Department.

o Provides the Management and Technical Support probable solution to problems encountered at site.

o Conducts regular project review and reporting of project status & requirements to top management.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

o Project-In-Charge (P.I.C.) of the Project

o Gives instructions to all workers involved in the Project

o Reports to the Project Manager all project concerns needing immediate attention.

DOCUMENTATION:

o Review and Submit Accomplishment Reports

o Review and Submit Schedule Update

o Review, evaluate, monitor and submit Subcon and Supplier Billings, requisition of materials, bill of quantities and bill of materials

o Review and Submit Tabulation of Change Order

o Review and Submit Request for Information (RFI) when necessary

o Review and Submit Request for Approval (RFA) when necessary

o Review and Submit Concrete Pouring Request (CPR) before actual concrete pouring

o Monitor and Submit Logbook of Daily Contractor’s Report (for Occupancy Permit)

o Monitor the Weather Chart Daily

TECHNICAL

o Continually reviews Technical Plans, anticipating conflicts with the plan (if any)

o Attends coordination meetings with the Owner and Construction Manager

o Coordinates and works closely with the Construction Manager regarding all project concern.

o Coordinates with the Office Engineers regarding Procurement Plan

o Double Check Estimates various project material needs

o Monitor & Follow up on material/equipment to ensure timely response to action items

o Schedule and monitor program of activities to achieve an “on-time” result.

PROJECT CONTROL

o Monitoring of materials (Concrete, Filling Materials, CHB, etc.)

o Handles all DLCCC Sub Contractors

1. Gives Sub Contractors Site Instructions

2. Accomplishment Monitoring

3. Progress / Weekly Billing

o Coordinates with the AutoCAD Operator in Preparing Shop Drawings / As- Built Drawings

ADMINISTRATIVE

o Concerned on all administrative matters related to the project including security, safety, quality control, housekeeping and other matter.

o Checks the weekly Daily Time Record (DTR) prepared by the Timekeeper.

o Assures the proper implementation of Company Policy inside Project Site.

o Investigates all problems encountered on-site.

o Approval of the use of Project’s Petty Cash.

o Investigates and helps resolve conflicts among site personnel.

o Discuss safety & health related matters with the Safety Officer regularly.

o In the absence of project engineer, the Project- In-Charge shall be responsible to cover all Site Operation related matters.

· Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
