Project In-Charge

Qualification:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With experience in construction project management and site supervision
• Knowledgeable in construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Skilled in project planning, scheduling, and manpower management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to monitor project progress, quality, budget, and safety
• Willing to work on-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations
• Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and schedules
• Supervise engineers, foremen, workers, and subcontractors
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and project costs
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project management
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations
• Prepare project progress reports and documentation

Pay: Php29,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
