Project In-Charge

Role Summary: Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Direct daily construction activities, oversee trade contractors, and ensure site safety protocols are strictly enforced.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor work progress against project schedules and resolve site-level delays or technical bottlenecks immediately.
• Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet structural plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Resource & Logistics: Track site inventory, coordinate material deliveries, and manage manpower allocation on-site.

Key Qualifications

• Registered Civil Engineer (CE)
