What they need
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design and implementation of 230V single-phase electrical systems for office interiors.
Review lighting and power layouts, load computations, panel schedules, and electrical specifications.
Supervise electrical personnel and site operations to ensure quality and safety.
Coordinate site activities to align with architectural and civil milestones.
Maintain a safe working environment following COSH/BOSH protocols.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Electrical Engineering
Licensed Electrical Engineer (must)
With at least 2–3 years of experience in commercial fit-out projects
Experience in Design & Build (D&B) projects is an advantage
Knowledge in design and implementation of 230V single-phase electrical systems for office interiors
Familiar with lighting and power layouts, load computation, panel schedules, and electrical drawings/specifications
Experience in supervising electrical manpower and site operations
With Safety Certification (COSH/BOSH or equivalent)
Strong coordination and site supervision skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
