Project In-Charge Engineer

The Project-In-Charge for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical and electrical systems within construction or industrial projects. This role ensures that all M&E works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead and supervise mechanical and electrical teams on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of M&E works with overall project objectives.

Technical Oversight

• Review and approve mechanical and electrical designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Project Management

• Prepare schedules, allocate resources, and track progress.
• Manage budgets and control project costs.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly.

Quality & Safety

• Implement safety protocols and risk management strategies.
• Ensure quality assurance through regular audits and testing.
• Maintain documentation of approvals, modifications, and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. (Licensed preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E project management in Hi-Rise Bldg.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, electrical distribution, and control systems.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAE software and project management tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to commute in Makati City

• Preferably living in Makati or near the location

• Willing to attend Final Interview at Main Office - Quezon City
