PROJECT IN CHARGE (LICENSES CIVIL ENGINEER)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily civil and fit-out construction activities.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Prepare and submit Daily Accomplishment Reports and other required project reports.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the project site.
• Ensure that construction works comply with approved plans and specifications.
• Identify site issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Assist in preparing estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQ, and material requirements when necessary.
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Conduct measurements and site verification as required.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties related to civil construction and project management as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• With experience in fit-out projects, preferably commercial, office, retail, or similar projects.
• With at least 2–3 years of relevant construction experience.
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, site supervision, quantity take-off, and project coordination.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering plans.
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle and/or four-wheel vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel and report to different project sites as required.
• Willing to work on-site and under project-based schedules.
• Good communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Can work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
