Job Description

We are looking for a Project-in-Charge (PIC) to manage the day-to-day implementation, supervision, coordination, and monitoring of assigned construction projects. The role ensures that site works are executed according to approved plans and specifications, project schedules, quality standards, budget controls, and safety requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from pre-construction to completion
• Oversee telecommunication tower projects (civil, structural, electrical, and related works), if applicable
• Prepare project schedules, work programs, and manpower plans
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, quality of work, and compliance with approved plans and specifications
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, variations, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and government requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and completion records
• Ensure timely testing, commissioning, and project turnover

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Construction Management
  • or other related courses

• 2–4 years of experience as a team leader, Sr. Site Engineer or PIC

• Experience in telecommunication tower projects is an advantage

• Background in construction or infrastructure projects is required

• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and construction methodologies

• Willing to travel and conduct regular site visits

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus

Salary Range

₱25,000 – ₱30,000
(Negotiable depending on experience, qualifications, and project exposure)
