Project In-Charge (Project - based Employment)

Job Summary:

The Project-in-Charge ensures the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects by overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining quality, safety, and schedule requirements across various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce workplace safety policies
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and OSH regulations
• Provide safety training and orientations
• Prepare and submit reports

Qualifications:

• Should have both of BOSH SO2 and COSH SO2 certifications
• 2+ years of safety experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and OSH standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to be assigned in Canlubang/Santa Rosa, Laguna
• Preferably residing within or near Canlubang/Santa Rosa, Laguna
• First Aid Training is an advantage.
