Project In-Charge / Project Engineer

• Graduate of Civil Engineering/ BS Architecture

-at least 2-3 yrs exp in the same field.

-Helps prepare the Project Operational Plan which is the main planning, monitoring and control tool of the Operations.

-In charge of the implementation of the assigned permanent scope of works of the Project Operational Plan according to the contract, plans, and specifications.

-Responsible for the controls associated to the identified risk of the assigned scope of works of the project.

-Directs and manages the assigned sub-contractor's works safety, quality and schedule.

-Coordinates with the Customer's representative on matters related to the assigned scope of works of the projects

-Prepares and submits project accomplishment reports.

-Prepares the supporting documents for billing based on the approved payment schedules and Health Program.

-Direct workers and evaluate actual manpower loading against plan.

-Recommends addition or reduction of manpower.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
