Project in Charge / Site Engineer

Location: Metro Manila / Calamba, Laguna

About the Role

INTERGIRO BUILDERS INC. is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer / Project-In-Charge to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day project operations, coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and project execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work quality meets project specifications and company standards.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare project reports.
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Lead site engineers, foremen, and project support personnel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of construction experience.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, or fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites within Metro Manila.
