Job Description

The Project Industrial Engineer supports operational projects by applying Industrial Engineering principles to improve processes, analyze performance, and ensure efficient implementation of outsourced operations and manufacturing programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop costing methodologies and conduct time and motion studies to support project proposals and operational requirements.
• Analyze current operational processes and conduct gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and implement process improvements using Industrial Engineering tools and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance through defined KPIs, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and business platform representatives to support project implementation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or project implementation is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IE tools such as process analysis, time and motion study, and work simplification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and data analysis.
