Project Infrastructure & Operations Manager

About the Role

Our Missile and Space Systems Division is looking for a Project Infrastructure & Operations Manager.

The role includes:

• Managing customer interfaces, including quotation management, contractual agreements, and customer reviews.

• Providing project status reports to the customer and plant management.

• Managing the integrated work plan, including monitoring milestone achievement.

• Managing project budgets, including labor hours and procurement, and monitoring the cost model.

• Managing transition processes from development to production, including delivery of the product tree, development and supply of test equipment.

• Managing the development and maintenance of project infrastructure, including integration sites, test equipment, testing tools, and more.

• Matrix management of internal work interfaces, including engineering, the Operations Project Manager, the Procurement Project Manager, and the Quality Project Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering and Management – Mandatory.

• Experience managing business relationships with customers – Mandatory.

• Ability to manage diverse work interfaces while adapting the level of oversight as needed – Mandatory.

• Experience managing production projects worth tens of millions of dollars – An advantage.

• Ability to solve complex technical problems – An advantage.
