About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to own end-to-end project delivery for our U.S. operations.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who can independently drive projects from kickoff through successful delivery and client acceptance. You will lead delivery teams, manage client relationships, establish project cadence and quality standards, and work closely with our headquarters to identify risks and keep projects on track.

You will play a key role in building and scaling our U.S. delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle , including scoping, planning, execution, delivery, and post-delivery client satisfaction.
• Serve as a primary delivery-side contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Build, lead, and mentor project/delivery teams.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, operating cadence, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and blockers, and drive issues to resolution.
• Communicate project status, risks, trade-offs, and resource needs clearly to headquarters.
• Work independently and make sound decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and improve delivery processes, playbooks, and best practices as we scale our U.S. operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle projects , from kickoff through completion and client acceptance.
• Demonstrated experience leading delivery teams in the U.S. or across multiple regions/time zones .
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build trust and manage expectations.
• Highly self-sufficient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI, data, data labeling, AI agents, or technology-related project delivery .
• Previous experience at companies with structured AI/data delivery operations, such as Scale AI, Mercor, or similar organizations .
• Experience building or improving project delivery processes and operational playbooks.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency for internal collaboration across time zones.
