Project Lead

The Project Lead is the technical and project-management owner after formal handover from Sales. The role converts the approved commercial commitment into coordinated technical requirements, drawings, budget, schedule, and an executable Job Order, then actively leads the project until acceptance and closure.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive and document the formal project handover from the assigned Sales Executive or Key Account, including quotation, purchase order or contract, approved scope, specifications, promised dates, client instructions, and commercial constraints.

Review completeness and identify discrepancies, exclusions, assumptions, risks, dependencies, site constraints, permits, access conditions, and information gaps before execution.

Conduct or arrange site verification and measurements when required. Serve as the client's secondary contact and primary technical contact, while keeping Sales informed of commercial matters and commitments.

Provide technical support to the assigned Sales Executive, including feasibility review, product or installation guidance, quantity take-off, and cost inputs. Prepare or supervise estimates, material take-off, shop drawings, technical submittals, and approvals.

Prepare the Project Estimated Budget covering materials, labor, manpower, equipment, consumables, transportation, logistics, subcontracting, contingencies, and other expected project costs. Develop the project schedule and milestones for approvals, procurement, fabrication, staging, delivery, installation, inspection, punch-list correction, and turnover. Prepare a complete Job Order and Project Execution Package and formally brief the Project and Warehouse Supervisor and relevant Execution Team members. Track execution against approved scope, drawings, schedule, budget, quality requirements, and client commitments; maintain an action and decision record.

Control technical revisions and variation requests. Obtain required approvals before directing changed work, except for immediate safety protection. Coordinate inspections, quality checks, client updates, punch listing, corrective work, final turnover, and closure documentation.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
