Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, communication, and quality standards.
• Lead and oversee small to medium-sized IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and SLAs.
• Identify potential risks, manage project changes, and implement effective solutions to minimize project impacts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with objectives.
• Track project performance, provide regular status updates, and report key issues and recommendations to management.
• Ensure project deliverables and documentation meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing projects and develop potential business opportunities with clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or related roles.
• Solid understanding of project planning, budget control, risk management, and project delivery.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
