Position: Project Lead Mandarin Speaker

What Will You

• Do Create & ensure sales plan & strategy (Daily, monthly, yearly, & seasonal)
• Ensure target achievement like improving user experience, increasing website traffic & sales, developing brand loyalty.
• Maintain relationship with brand & platform.
• Ensure availability of store merchandise and store services still on high standards.
• Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintain stock availability & supervise purchase order.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
• Daily platform and teams monitoring.
• Find more opportunities for brand to growing more in Online.
• Monitoring effectiveness of marketing plan, content and design.
• Final decision makes for hard complaint & issue.
• Oversees the platform and teams performance

What You Will Need

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Fluent in English will be advantages
• At least 5 Year of working experience in handling e-commerce store.
• Have experience to lead the team at least 1 year
• Advanced in Microsoft office (excel and power point) skills.
• Excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
