Project Lead, NPI and Industrialization

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management related to Program Management, New Product Introduction, Industrialization and Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a regulated industry.
• Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
• PMP or equivalent PM’s certification is desirable.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of aerospace regulatory requirements and industry practices.
• Technical depth in NPI cycle, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Project Management – NPI and Industrialization

• Lead end-to-end single/multi project execution, from project bidding, initiation, planning, execution, package submission, approval, industrialization, monitoring and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed and complex project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered early or on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality requirements.
• Drive project governance, progress reviews, and management reporting through the Project Review Board (PRB)
• Manage project changes, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Drive and support culture of accountability, transparency and data-driven decisions.

Stakeholder & OEM Management

• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Value Stream Enablement, Procurement, Quality, Production, Customers Support, Customer and external partners.
• Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Resource & Time Management

• Manage resource planning, balancing load-capacity, and allocation across projects to ensure optimal utilization and delivery performance.
• Resolve resource constraints, competing priorities, and cross-functional conflicts while protecting project critical paths.
• Apply advanced project management methodologies and tools, including critical path analysis, scenario planning, risk burndown, and schedule recovery planning.
• Establish and maintain project baselines covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource requirements.
• Protect project baselines and provide recommendations to Section Manager or Project Review Board (PRB) gate decisions for approval if deem necessary.
• Promotes adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and AI technologies to improve project performance.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

• Lead standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery effectiveness across the organization.
• Track, analyze, and publish project KPIs and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop, customize and maintain project dashboards using Power BI and other digital reporting tools to provide real-time visibility of project performance.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve project planning, reporting, risk identification, resource forecasting, and decision support.
• Translate Project Review Board (PRB) decisions into executable action plans and ensure timely closure of assigned actions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project management best practices to support knowledge sharing and cross-project learning.

Aerospace Compliance & Quality

• Ensure project execution complies with aerospace regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and industry best practices.
• Support compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
