About the Role

Join the Coles Relay team as a Project Lead / Project Coordinator and play a key role in delivering in-store merchandising and layout transformations across Coles Supermarkets.

You’ll coordinate and/or lead projects such as store renewals, resets, and new store setup, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to customers and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate or lead in-store relay projects from planning through to execution
• Implement merchandising layouts and ensure compliance with standards
• Support project scheduling, resourcing, and daily operations onsite
• Engage with Store Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and project progress
• Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly store environment

 
About You

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or project coordination (preferred)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Proven ability to problem-solve and prioritise tasks
• Leadership experience (or readiness to step into a leadership role)
