What they need
êffecterra is a Public Benefit Corporation that provides technical sustainability services across the built environment. We are remote by design, which allows us to source the best talent regardless of location, and to support the flexibility and engagement of our team of experts.
We operate at the intersection of strategy, engineering technology, and implementation, bridging the critical gaps that cause over 75% of sustainability initiatives to fail. We work across industries and sectors, with Fortune 500 owner-operators, equipment manufacturers, investors, government agencies, and NGOs. Our team designs solutions that actually work. We manage their implementation, and stay engaged until the metrics prove success. Our programs are deployed across 5,000+ sites globally; our asset strategies span 10,000+ locations across all 50 states; we hold multiple patents and Department of Energy R&D awards.
As part of our Application Engineering team, this Project Leader supports the success of the owner-operator programs for field adoption of advanced technology applications across construction projects and facility operations. Using client and project management skills, this team member owns the hub of activity that keeps the team running efficiently as they perform technical and field advisory work that ensures the success of new sustainable technology applications.
