Project Leader

As the Project Leader, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, planning, production, quality, and warehousing to ensure on-time, in-budget completion. You will drive efficient and process improvements, implement Lean and TQM methodologies, and maintain our QHSE management systems. The ideal candidate has experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, strong cross-departmental coordination skills, and proficiency in English for professional communication and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Project ManagementOversee the entire project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional resources across sales, planning, production, quality, and warehousing to achieve project objectives. Participate in the formulation of the company's medium- and long-term strategic plans. Responsible for project budget preparation, execution, and control to ensure efficient delivery within budget and drive satisfaction improvements. Efficiency

Performance EnhancementResponsible for project cost control and monitoring the implementation of financial indicators. Establish and optimize the project performance management system, implementing performance communication and feedback. Coordinate production resources to ensure on-time, quality delivery of orders and enhance customer satisfaction. Optimize warehouse layout and management processes to support efficient project operation. Promote Total Quality Management and Lean Production, driving continuous improvement in quality systems and operational levels. Process Optimization

System DevelopmentEstablish and improve project management systems and cross-departmental collaboration processes, continuously identifying and optimizing management improvement points. Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and effective operation of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) system, ensuring project compliance with ISO9001, ISO45001, and other system requirements, and enhancing overall team effectiveness. Operations Management Ability:Possess full lifecycle project management experience, adept at coordinating multi-departmental resources to ensure project delivery within budget and timeline.Proficient in production operations coordination, capable of effectively managing the linkage between planning, production, quality, and warehousing logistics. Solid engineering background with hands-on experience in technical project execution and problem-solving.Familiar with the automotive aftermarket manufacturing and supply chain field, understanding its production models and supply chain characteristics. Performance Orientation:Possess a strong awareness of cost control and efficiency optimization, able to drive process improvement and performance enhancement through data analysis.Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Production and Total Quality Management, and able to promote their implementation within the team.
