The company's platform supports the entire lending process, from applicant screening and risk assessment to portfolio management and collections.

Position: Project Leader (Business & Project Delivery Lead)

Job description

• Lead projects from kickoff to go-live and ensure successful delivery.
• Build and implement embedded finance solutions for clients.
• Design practical business processes for credit scoring and lead generation.
• Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Solve operational, commercial, and technical challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
• Act as the main contact point for clients after contract signing.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Handle change requests and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Prepare project plans, status updates, and progress reports.
• Run project meetings and governance activities.
• Support onboarding and setup of project delivery teams.
• Track project performance, ROI, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain responsive communication and support urgent project needs.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Project Delivery.
• Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or Consulting is preferred.
• Former consultant who wants to take ownership and drive project results.
• Good understanding of lead generation, embedded finance, and marketing concepts.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience using project management, CRM, and BI tools.
• Familiar with AI, fintech, and lending-related businesses.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity.
• Good command in English
