Project Leader

About the role

As a Project Leader, you are responsible for leading end-to-end transformation by connecting people, process, and technology to ensure measurable business impact and sustainable change. You hold end-to-end accountability for up to 4 client engagements, coordinating Sr. Product Consultants and the delivery team beneath them, while owning the client relationship at the executive level.

Key responsibilities

• Define the transformation strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for each client engagement, in alignment with the client's business objectives
• Translate ambiguous or high-level client problems into a structured transformation plan spanning people, process, and technology
• Set direction and priorities across the portfolio of engagements, balancing client urgency against team capacity
• Oversee delivery across multiple engagements (up to 4 projects at a time), ensuring each stays on scope, timeline, and quality expectations
• Coordinate Sr. Product Consultants (up to 2 per project) on solution direction, delivery milestones, and quality bar
• Review and approve trade-off decisions and scope escalations raised by Sr. Product Consultants before they affect client commitments
• Monitor portfolio-level risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID), and intervene early when engagements show signs of derailing
• Lead change management planning and execution within the client organization, including stakeholder mapping, communication plans, and adoption strategies
• Own and maintain the client relationship at the executive/C-level, acting as the main point of contact for engagement health and strategic conversations
• Ensure solution adoption and business outcomes are achieved by tracking post-implementation usage, impact, and client satisfaction

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years in project/program management, management consulting, or organizational transformation, including at least 2–3 years leading multi-stakeholder engagements at the executive/C-level
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end transformation programs that connect People, Process, and Technology, with clear evidence of measurable business impact
• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent engagements (2–4 projects) with competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong track record in change management and stakeholder alignment, including managing resistance, driving buy-in, and securing executive sponsorship
• Experience owning client relationships at the executive level, including contract renewal, account growth, or upsell/cross-sell conversations
• Familiar with delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), project governance, RAID management, and scope control practices
• Sound commercial/business acumen — able to translate delivery outcomes into business value, and identify expansion or upsell opportunities within existing accounts
• Mature communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to VP/C-level audiences
• Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken), including the ability to produce executive-level reports and presentations in both languages
