Project Leader Coordinator

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Leader Coordinator in our plant in Meknes .

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project industrialization (development & serial phase) ensuring compliance with customer milestones and ANPQP requirements.
• Manage project risk assessment, 4M & QCD reporting, and escalate critical issues to ensure targets achievement.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives while fostering strong team spirit and performance culture.
• Oversee RFQ preparation, PCS consolidation, ramp-up costs ) .
• Monitor project quality, efficiency, obsolescence management, wave changes, and prototype production in line with specifications and deadlines.
• Lead contractual and operational processes including CEC contract preparation, GPMS functional reviews, AFAPs, and ramp-up validation.

Qualifications:

• Master or Engineering degree in technical field .
• More than 2 years of Experience in automotive industry (WH) .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities .
• Fluent speaker of French and English .
