What they need
For Project Leader:
- Proven experience as a Project Leader or equivalent role in software development
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET development
- Japanese Language Proficiency: N2 level — capable of handling business-level communication in Japanese both verbally and in writing
- Experience coordinating between offshore and onsite teams
- Ability to directly communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Experience in project progress reporting, issue escalation, and task coordination
- Can start ASAP

- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x wfh)
- Work location: Makati/Alabang
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
