We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Project Leasing Associate to join our Omaha-based team to support leasing activities for new development and redevelopment projects from pre-development through stabilization. This role works closely with the development, brokerage, marketing, and construction teams to assist with leasing strategy execution, deal coordination, market research, and reporting. The position is well suited for a junior professional seeking exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial real estate development and leasing.

Your Key Responsibilities

Leasing Support & Coordination

• Assist with execution of project-level leasing strategies under the direction of senior leasing and development leadership.
• Support internal and external brokerage teams with tenant outreach, tour coordination, proposal preparation, and follow-up.
• Maintain leasing schedules, prospect pipelines, and activity tracking for assigned projects.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research on comparable properties, tenant demand, rental rates, and concessions to support leasing decisions.
• Assist with gathering leasing assumptions and market data for underwriting and internal reporting.
• Monitor relevant tenant, retail, and market trends impacting active development projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with development, construction, marketing, and property management teams to support tenant requirements and delivery timelines.
• Assist with tenant handoffs and coordination related to build-outs and openings.
• Support preparation of materials for internal meetings, lender updates, and investor communications.

Skills That Set You Apart

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, urban planning, or a related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, development, brokerage, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or leasing databases is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in commercial real estate development and leasing with a desire to grow within the platform.
